The basic foundation of a skincare routine is cleansing, toner/serum, and then a moisturizer followed with an SPF 30 and higher. Always using sunscreen after your moisturizer is very important to prevent sun damage which can cause early aging, fine lines and wrinkles, and dark spots. 

Using an exfoliant is highly recommended to use as it exfoliates dead skin cells and makes the skin more supple and the pores more accessible. Something we recommend not doing is falling asleep with makeup on. This can cause sebum build up and create blackheads, white heads, and pimples. Your skin needs to detox and get a good nights rest just like you, so don’t forget to wash your makeup off! Exfoliating at night and in the morning can overdo it for your skin, we recommend exfoliating once every 2 days in the morning.
